I am a BCA Computer Applications student at Christ Arts and Science College, Puducherry with a strong interest in cybersecurity and Linux systems. I enjoy building hands-on labs and experimenting with security tools to understand how threats and defenses work.
My learning is mostly self-driven — I set up virtual environments, explore SIEM platforms like Wazuh, and dive deep into log analysis and threat detection to build real, practical skills.

Designed and deployed a security monitoring lab to understand how Security Operations Centers detect and investigate attacks. The environment included a Wazuh SIEM manager on Ubuntu, endpoint agents, and a Kali Linux machine to simulate attacker behavior. Performed network scanning and brute-force attack scenarios — events were collected by Wazuh and analyzed through the SIEM dashboard.
Created a Windows Server lab environment to practice system administration tasks such as managing computers, users, and domain services. Used the environment to understand how enterprise systems are managed in real organizations.
Built a hands-on security monitoring lab using Wazuh SIEM to understand how SOC analysts monitor systems and detect security events. Installed the Wazuh manager on Ubuntu and connected multiple agents from different systems to collect and analyze logs.
